No tour/tasting June 19

A few articles and online posts mentioned June 19 as a fairly certain re-open date for the brewery. Unfortunately, we've had a couple of construction delays (isn't that the way it always works?), so we must reschedule. We will let you know when we have a clearer idea of our new re-open date. Be sure to check back here - or, better yet, follow us on facebook for the most up-to-the- minute updates! Click the words in yellow to get to the brewery's facebook page.

Not open yet...

...but we have a cool new Rahr t-shirt in our online store. Just click the words in yellow to go straight to the store, or click the "Shop Rahr" tab on the upper right hand side of this page if you want to see everything we offer.

As always, we're grateful for your patience and support as we go through the rebuilding process!

We're not open yet...

...but we're getting closer. The roof is 98% finished, now we have to tie up a bunch of loose ends - so the Tours & Tastings are still on hold for the time being.

It's important to us that you know how much we appreciate your support and patience during our remodel - courtesy of Mother Nature. So please visit our new "freebie" page called Rahr Downloadables . You can either click the words in yellow to go directly to the page, or you can click the "Our Brewery" tab above, then click "Downloadables."

Still no tours – still no tastings.

We may not be open to the public, but we have been open to a lot of construction crews over the last couple of weeks. The roof is about 90% complete, but there’s still much work to be done: plumbing and electrical need to be finished, and the cooler, the bar, our offices, and public restrooms must be rebuilt. The good news is that we’re nearing the finish line!

We appreciate your patience as we go through this reconstruction. Rahr supporters have made an extremely difficult and stressful time much easier for us to handle. Thank you!

We’ll update this page when we have a better handle on the timeline for reopening. Visit our Facebook page www.facebook.com/rahrbrewing to see pictures of the reconstruction progress. We hope you enjoy the latest videos in the “What do brewers do when they can’t brew?”

No Tours, No Tastings - For Now...

We need to make sure everyone understands that the brewery is absolutely, positively not open for business right now - not for tastings and definitely not for tours. We have a lot of heavy equipment on site and it is not a safe place for people who aren't trained in construction to be. As much as we would love to open our doors right this very minute, it's simply not possible.

We are happy to report that the architect and the construction crews are working as hard as they can to get us back in business - and, based on this week's "What do brewers do when they can't brew?" video, it looks like the men who make Rahr beer are working hard on their own plans for the new brewery. Take a look and let us know what you think of their design!
