Rahr & Sons Brewing Co.’s expands capacity from 4,200 BBLs to 6,000 BBLs per year.

Rahr & Sons recently purchased two 120 bbl fermentation tanks for delivery in June and the brewery hopes to have them in operation by July, with beer from them ready to distribute in August. These new tanks are twice as large as the tanks currently in use, so the new additions will bring production capacity up from 4,200 bbl per year capacity to 6,000 bbls per year.
